We completed all carpentry and phase management with subcontractors for concrete and railings.
We built this two sided wrap around deck with a cut in winder staircase with flatwork and parking below. The deck was finished with Moisture Shield composite decking and a Western Clear View topless glass rail.
At the front of the home, a two car garage with an attached covered walkway to the home was built.
