We performed a full cosmetic update for the sale of this home. The scope included new countertops, tile work, full main bath renovation, conversion of 4th bedroom into master bathroom, master bedroom layout alteration and bath integration, Laundry room refresh, partial flooring replacement, new comfort cove heating system, and garage conversion with separate rental access.
